Interesting E-mail

Well look what I got in the mail.  Yeah, it's October since I don't check my Alibaba account very often.  Well that goes to show you that you have to be careful with people you deal with.  For those interested in putting up water stations, I suggest you talk to existing franchisees about dealership arrangements.  Why?  Well it's a lot cheaper than franchising and you get practically all the same things.  Plus, you just  have to deal with the franchisee and not an entire company.

On a side note, the letter I received is not entirely accurate.  The sales manager is Kier Ediza, not Fokker Ediza (who is probably a brother).  As far as I know, the Pag-Asa Branch is already closed since his customers have been calling me.  But yeah, from my experience, I wouldn't exactly call him the most professional guy I've met.  He also owes my branch some money.   As for the other stuff, I don't have first hand info so I can't comment on those.  And the bottom line is, just use keen character judgment before going into business.

Please beware of Fokker a.k.a. Ediza, Sales Manager of Aquahealth & franchise owner of Road 2, Bagong Pag-asa Q.C. He doesn't pay rent and utilities. He issues check/s without sufficient funds. He is now in hiding.
The Aquahealth-Bagong Pag-asa Branch has not been generating sales for the past ten years. It has been re-sold to different franchisees just to maintain its branch and to cover up its losses.
